REPENTANCE
The first key that must be used to enter the Kingdom of God is repentance.
(Acts 2:38)
Definition: Repentance is a RADICAL change. (Radical comes from Latin radix (root) (Matthew 3:10). Repentance deals with roots (character); thoughts, actions, motives, lifestyles, social customs, family and economic ties.
Repentance is the first step in the conversion process. Before one accepts Christ as their Savior, they first have to do a 180 degree turn from their life of sin.
