Bishop R. D. Roston-2007

He has served in Christian ministry for the past 40 years in the offices of: Assistant Pastor of Maranatha Full Gospel Fellowship; Associate Pastor of Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ; Founder & Senior Pastor of Times of Refreshing Ministries; Vicar (Administrative Deputy) of Potter’s House Fellowship Alliance (PFA); and General Overseer and Presiding Prelate of Restoration Oasis Ministries International (ROMI). He has conducted ministry campaigns in Nigeria, Benin, Cote d’Ivoire, and England. He served as the primary instructor for the PFA School of Ministry for over 10 years. He was a major contributing writer for ‘3V Magazine’; a Christian men’s magazine. He is the author of “End Times Ministry”, “The Remnant Church”, “Living In The New Jerusalem Now”, and is currently working on his fourth book, "Restoration & Reformation of the Body of Christ". In 2019, he received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Isaiah University of the Holy Ghost. In 2022, he received his Master of Theology and Doctor of Divinity from Isaiah University. Bishop Roston produces Christian TV programs, "Times of Refreshing and Restoration is the flagship program. He is also one of the program's hosts. He produced a music video program titled, "The Sound of Many Waters". Additionally, he is a videographer and video editor.

She has served in Christian ministry for over 22 years. She has been a devotional leader, usher, and choir member. She served as an evangelistic team leader at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ. She gave her first public sermon in July 1999 and was ordained to the gospel ministry in December 2000. She served as the Dean for the Potter's House Fellowship Alliance School of Ministry from 2001 to 2008. She is currently co-authoring a book with her husband, "Restoration & Reformation of the Body of Christ". She is the co-founder of Times of Refreshing Ministries and the Apostolic Kingdom Covenant Alliance. She has conducted ministry campaigns in England, Nigeria, and Benin. She was consecrated to the Office of Apostle in 2006, in Lagos, Nigeria. Apostle LaCreece received her Doctor of Divinity from Isaiah University of the Holy Ghost in 2021 and was consecrated to the Bishopric in 2022. Apostle LaCreece produced two Christian TV programs, 'A Different Point of View' and 'Contemporary Christian Gospel'. In addition to producing these programs, she also hosted them. Additionally, she hosted a segment on 'Times of Refreshing and Restoration' titled Chris' Corner. She has ministered in London, England Lagos, Nigeria and Cotonou, Benin Republic. Her motto is, "women of integrity in pursuit of holiness". 

ROMI Summit - Lagos 2006

ROMI is the international evangelistic outreach arm of our ministry. It serves as a spiritual and ministerial covering to those pastors and ministries that are in need of such covering. It has grown at a phenomenal rate. At one point, it had grown to over 250 Affiliates, representing over 2,000 churches in Africa, India, England, Asia, & the Philippines.

ROMI, like Times of Refreshing Ministries, exists to bring TERMS to the world. It serves as a vehicle for churches, ministries, and ministers, who have no formal ecclesiastical or spiritual covering, to have a proper relationship to the Body of Christ. Affiliation with ROMI affords these churches, ministries, and ministers the opportunity to demonstrate a greater partnership, accountability, and unity in advancing world evangelism and the governing principles of the Kingdom of God in the earth. ROMI is a response to the cry that has been heard, "LET THE LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD, IN THE EARTH, BREAK FORTH".
It is the contention of Apostle Roston that we are now over 2000 years beyond the "last days". According to Jewish eschatology, the last days refer to the time period surrounding the advent of the Messiah. Since Jesus is the Messiah, we bear witness of the truth recorded in Acts 2: 16. In this passage of Scripture, Apostle Peter proclaimed, "But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel. And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh..." We are no longer operating in the last days; we are presently ministering at the end of time. As such, the quality of our ministry should reflect an acknowledgement of the time frame in which we are operating.
